The Company has developed a Meetings & Events Platform and intends being the 'market maker' as well as the 'market disruptor' in the fragmented Meetings and Events sector.

The Opportunity - The combination of vendors and venues in one direct connection, combined with real time availability, does not exist. In addition, there are no existing systems that link into corporate hotels to deliver real time availability on their venue portfolio.

The Platform - linking up with one of the limited data sources for venue availability and a wide selection of service providers for events at venues. The Platform will be a B2B and B2C first call market place and disrupter, allowing clients to instantly look at availability of venues and select their services from a list of suitable suppliers.
