Celebrating Thirty-Two years in Business!

A few days ago I received a massive amount of Linked-In messages congratulating me on my work anniversary with Hoare Worth.  Now, this was very nice indeed and I thank you all for that.  When I came to look at my anniversary a little closer, I realised that we were talking about thirty-two years as the founding director of our M&A team and I felt a big twinge of pride.

For the whole of this period we have remained a strong independent firm, despite approaches from larger organisations to merge.  Our independence has been our real strength, and this has been proven by the years of support from the professional world and their clients.  We have, and always will work closely with our clients' professional advisers, adding value to business disposals and acquisitions.  For your interest, our latest M&A Opportunities list has just been posted to our website with a Focus on Funding www.hoareworth.com

Three years ago we recognised the opportunity to work more closely with the growing number of Technology Start-ups and Young Companies needing funding and guidance to get them quickly on the road to success.  So we co-founded The Shoreditch Partnership LLP based in London's thriving technology hub.  Although only three years down the road, the Partnership has grown very rapidly, accelerating several successful young companies.  The Partnership is now seeking an Investing Partner to accelerate additional Young Technology Companies, so do get in touch if this is of interest www.theshoreditchpartnership.co.uk
